About ReSkilled

In 2013, through exploring his Christian faith, Piers realised that God had given him a passion to help people who were excluded from work, by raising their confidence, helping develop their skills and exploring opportunities. This tied together his experiences of teaching in prisons, self-employment and working in wood and later led to the formation of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation, ReSkilled, in January 2019.

Our Hope

For each individual to know that they are valued and to enable them to become all that God has made them to be.

Our Values

ReSkilled’s values should be clearly observable, by our demonstrating:

Belief in the value of every individual

Encouragement to develop confidence and skills

Trustworthiness and commitment

 Competence in our delivery

 Honesty and integrity

 Reliability

Understanding and fairness in all dealings

 Acceptance of each person’s background

 Hope for each person’s future
